Glendale, CA (October 28, 2025) – The Armenian American Museum and Cultural Center of California’s highly anticipated Heritage Gala, taking place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, is officially sold out. The overwhelming response from supporters reflects the community’s remarkable enthusiasm for the institution as it approaches a defining moment in its development.

“The excitement surrounding this sold-out evening speaks volumes about our community’s dedication,” said Executive Chairman Berdj Karapetian. “The museum is rising because of that dedication—it is a symbol of what we can achieve together when history, culture, and purpose unite.”

The sold-out gala will feature an evening of elegance, inspiration, and celebration, highlighting the museum’s progress as its iconic façade rises and the curation of the Core Exhibition begins. The exhibition will explore the Armenian people’s story from ancient origins to modern-day contributions, offering a powerful and immersive cultural experience.

This year’s Heritage Gala Honorees include Alajajian Marcoosi Architects, the visionary firm behind the museum’s iconic design as well as several landmark projects across the region. Their innovative approach and architectural excellence have helped shape the skyline of Glendale, CA and beyond.

The museum is also proud to honor Araksya Karapetyan, Emmy Award-winning journalist and esteemed Fox 11 news anchor. A respected voice in media and a passionate advocate for the Armenian community, Karapetyan continues to inspire through her integrity, leadership, and commitment to cultural representation.

Guests will enjoy live on-stage performances by prodigy pianist Alec Van Khajadourian, whose talent has captivated audiences across the country, and the vibrant students of Sonata Music School, showcasing the next generation of Armenian American artists.

Following the formal program, the celebration will continue with a lively post-reception featuring a live DJ, cigar bar, and opportunities for guests to connect and commemorate a truly historic evening.
